the eyes of the greatwolf with 100% fire conversion is extremely rare and expensive, but not a requirement. When I first made the build I did not have one.

Watcher's eye is required to get enough physical to ele conversion.

My version for this build

Char name BorgirDimmu

should better state both Taste of Hate and Lightning Coil are legacy too , not only Divination Distillate

current 3.2 typical roll , which after the flask effect scale up, plus the watcher's eye, seem not possible to get 100% (not sure there is 3 modifier watcher's eye for this build existed or not)

I suggest to add Minotaur stuns in notes section, you can't spend mana while can't attacking.

Just swap your gear to Eye of Chayula, Kaom's Roots or Ezomyte Hold before arena.

P.S. Lava lake's Kitava boss have physical damage over time ground

Ive done Minotaur many times. AFAIK he has never stunned me. I dont think you can be stunned if you take no damage.

Possibly lightning wall killed me, cause it reduce attack speed, but I'm not sure.

Nullifier - Removes charges and flask effects on hit.

I guess your build can't be considered as HC viable. Rare monster modifier, but if you find such mob - you dead.
