Any advice for changes to make to do uber elder with this build? I ripped about 8 shaper sets today trying to do it both alone and with a support. I was really close a few times which is why i kept trying but there seems to be almost no room for mistakes at all, even when the ground effects are managed well, you still have to sometimes run through them. I actually can avoid death to most of the one-shot mechanics and my dps is fine when i can apply it, but the real problem comes in when there is a lot of stuff going on and I can't actively leech because I have to stay in the right spot for elder explosion/ beam and whatnot. Elder just inevitably chips me away with ice spears and I can't sustain. I'm sure the fight IS possible as is but I would like to somehow make it easier. Here is my gear for reference, currently using kaom's roots and a slightly different setup to do uber specifically:

" mark of the shaper ring will give you 20% more damage. also i don't see herald of ash slotted anywhere, that's another 15% more damage. for sustain maybe see if you can use rejuvenation totem + stone golem. |

Sorry, there's tons of pages in this thread but why are you using Hypothermia over say crit damage?

" Like I said before, my DPS is more than good enough, I can do 25% of shaper's hp during the time that he does one laser. None of the phases last very long at all. Golems unfortunately die very quickly in this fight and rejuv totem provides a very meager amount of life regen. I think that right now I'm going to try speccing out of MoM and some damage on the tree to get more life, and potentially use purity of ice. I also notice that my pantheon setup wasn't ideal for this fight so I'll come back and report on what worked for me when i down him. |

Could someone look at my profile and tell me what I should buy next? I still need weapons, but I've just been using 1h + shield since I just started mapping. I have 73 chaos to spend. Thanks
