Your gear is much better than mine and shaper dies SO fast for me. Do you know the fight well enough?

Atziri's flask and Basalt/ToH should help. I use Vaal Grace and I haven't died on one since.
CWDT - IC - Duration - Vaal Grace. Makes Vaal Grace last about 15 seconds which is plenty of time to keep it sustained for a whole map.

Should I be using different daggers, one for mapping and one for bossing? Currently I'm only using this one:

What Pantheon are you high end builds using?

Any suggestions? Still new so as I advance I'm thinking Starkonja, upgrade my gloves, upgrade the Dustkoe in my stash to Duskblight, Bisco's Leash, Esh's Mirror, and probably tabula rasa until I can get a 5l/6l Inpulsa. The reserved mana on ash puts me at super super low mana so I just run Ice/Thunder atm
