EO is used for clear with an Inpulsa, the 40% modifier affects the corpse explosions, improving clear. For single target crit builds are better.

Im pretty well geared I would think, Im walking through every piece of content up until Guardians. I'm getting 1-shot immediately after entering the boss fights, its wild. Any advice on how to better survivability or all around upgrades?

Two duration clusters tree (level 92)
should I follow the same path on the step by step guide for the different levels?

what is the priority for the flasks to purchase?

Does anyone know how big Taste of Hate is to this build? I can afford one but i'm not sure if i should get that first or go with other upgrades.

sr i don't know how to use it.
My Chacracter at lv91 use Acrobatics tree.

Maybe some stupid question here, but i saw in video that he gain frenzy charges, how?

BTW Can someone look at my Items and tree and tell me if im making some wrong?
