Looks like we're trading 45% skill effect duration, 18% area size, and 17% life for 40% chance to dodge attacks, 30% spell dodge, and 30% crit multi. Seems like a good trade, am I missing something here? Maybe a good alternative given BV head enchant?

Now that we can ditch Spell Echo what's your take on best 6th link now? I was checking PoB and it put Decay as the best, but that just seems insane to me. I'm debating between Efficacy, Inc Crit Strikes (assuming my rate is high enough to validate it) and Arcane Surge.

I m abit sceptical about finding the 74 dexterity thats missing to be able to equip Starkonja Head since the tree now gives us 64 dexterity only

One Ring/neck/boots and maybe dagger together with all the mods we need to make it work might be an issue for league starter.

You just equip random dex trash items to put on the starkonja, put on the starkonja, then take off the random trash items

Rory just said on reddit that the Overcharged node being moved away from Intuitive Leap range was an unintentional result of another change on the passive tree, and that it will be moved back to it's original position for 3.3. Good news, I guess.
