No, Double Damage is a specific event that either happens or does not happen. Different sources of "chance to deal Double Damage" add up their probability. With both Avian Might and a Might and Influence, your main hand hits will have a 30% chance to deal Double Damage.
For this reason Double Damage also only works with Hits: Damage over Time does not deal damage in discrete chunks that could be doubled. It is a different effect than just "100% more damage". |
