Latency spikes in many instances

Here's a WinMTR trace during a bad zone (Sewers, for the record, including an incursion). https://pastebin.com/raw/16j6yLcz.

Looks a little shittier, but nothing like the 700ms latency I was seeing. This one is against the Cali gateway, where I happened to login.

EDIT:

And here's a perfectly clean zone (Battlefront, with incursion).

Looks pretty similar to me, although admittedly I'm not a network engineer.

Same issue with me I think. See here for details:

Hopefully a quick fix when they are back in office as I think it was introduced with the hotfix late last week.
It looks like you're getting packet loss on your ISP or their carrier here:

63-225-124-17.hlrn.qwest.net - 0 | 240 | 240 | 1 | 5 | 45 | 16 |
dvr3-brdr-01.inet.qwest.net - 6 | 197 | 186 | 15 | 18 | 52 | 15 |
72.164.247.150 - 10 | 173 | 156 | 15 | 17 | 39 | 16 |

You've lost around 70-80ish packets between those jumps (240 -> 156), which would definitely feel like nasty latency spikes.

Assuming you're with Qwest, it looks like they're having some issues. The packet loss continues through the rest of the trace as well. I'd give them a ring to find out what's going on. Based on that WinMTR report it doesn't look like a GGG issue in your case.
Just reporting in as I have the exact same issue
