You are right that high pdps on weapon is important, however it's less important when it comes to double strike than it is for other skills, since DS has a great flat phys damage added. That is precisely why attack speed becomes MORE important for double strike and should be prioritized/balanced with PDPS when on a budget. A 5c foil with an empty suffix will easily net out >1 mil DPS @lvl 90 - which gets quadrupled (quintoupled?) when vaal goes off.

I like how y'all are talking about foils with these stats, saying they're cheap 1-5c foils when in reality none of them go for below 80c-1ex.

5c foil, capable of 1m ethical shaper dps (no vaal) with mediocre gear.

Literally none of those have a combination of stats similar to the Foil you posted, check my link again.

Any tips where to go from here? Capped resists finally, plowing through t8 maps at 85 but I still occasionally die here and there. Got lucky and chanced a Kaoms Heart early so I have a tiny bit of currency to use.

it's the same pdps, same aps and same free suffix for same crit chance. Do you really care about 15% increased damage? :)))

the ones in your link are crazy 300+ pdps foils

I'm not sure what to upgrade for my build. I've got 7ex to spend, but no idea what to upgrade.

Here's my current gear: ~ 320pdps weapon, 1mod shaper stat stick, few good flasks
