I just checked all the bows and The Tempest looks like a solid replacement for Quill Rain and Windripper for Chin Sol. Dunno what about rare ones.

My friend uses build, but at him the necessary arrow not always takes off and therefore he can't kill the monster as he has only a loss from fire, rings and a passivka he has pumped.
