There are significant issues with AT&T, Spectrum, Verizon, and Comcast - mostly on the East coast US, but some on the West as well. Can't wait to see the root of this issue. DNS was having issues as I could not even nslookup winmtr.net. I switched over to OpenDNS and it seemed to clear, so I switch back to Comcast DNS and it was fine.
