He doesn't offer discounts before level 6 anyway, so it IS true :P

Leo is a mismatched mechanic.He's PvP centred yet has benefits for people outside pvp.Not everyone does PvP and the same was true for D2.I use to pvp and even I think they tried to push it on people too much.The Royale worked really well because there is no pressure.
