I actually think none of the enchants are that good for us, you're probably better off with a +2 to aura/aoe gem or +1 power charge corruption.

Mainly, how should I try to craft or find my own ring? Or even the glove/boot combo?

Also, getting a stygian vise with the stats i need and dexterity seems next to impossible.

because belts cannot roll dex unless you craft with dex essences.

get strength on your belt, dex on your ring.

Craft ring by buying a high enough ilvl elder ring and spam alteration until you hit warlord mark on hit, then regal and craft.

This Build is able to FaceTank Shaper's Beam attack (Check Video linked above)

This is a pure lie. Also putting almost non existing ring (spider with warlords) into the build, that only standard has and its just 1 on the market for 200+ex is just bad beyond explaining.

Next, showing PoB dps with crit chance lucky ticked, without even having Diamond flask is another lie.

Derp! Uses Vaal-Arc. Furthermore directly on the Frontpage is the DiamondFlask listed in the Flask Setup.

Gimmicks a lot of people in this thread are running and are not relevant for the builds performance anyhow. Enough UberElder kills by people who did the encounter for the first time ever, or the first time with this build can be found in the OP. Those people often don't use half the gear you complain about.

Check the PoB - The Vaal Arc is on the relevant WeaponSwap. Nothing stops you from adding a DiamondFlask. The one from my life Character PoB has it for example.
You can switch out sorrow of the devine anytime you want - its a suboptimal, more defensive flask anyhow.

What is 'rigged' in my PoBs? Stuff you don't understand and can't comprehend with your frankly rather limited base of knowledge and understanding of the game? Hate to break it to you - just because you don't get whats what doesn't mean it doesn't work.

All the needed tools and explanations are given to follow the calculations. If you are frustrated with your own success at this game and/or with this build in particular play something else.

Enough people in this thread play this build and can attest that it works as advertised in the OP.

Oh sorry then, its just crappy written guide.
