Since the gem links between your pob builds and forum items are not very consistent, is the 5 off-color shavs the best setup? To use phaserun + ice golem, cwdt setup and arcane surge.

So am I going to be using a 21 arc or a 20 vaal arc? Or both? Also is this build possible without level 4 enlightens? The amount of auras ran is insane!

I'm running auras without any enlighten: AA, Wrath, HoT, Discipline, PoE (or I miss one)?
Why we need enlighten in this build?

Will that 5% Freeze chance be enough? 2 skill points *is* pretty cheap to go to though since we're already on that cluster. I do have a soft spot for status builds so I would be okay with running it even if it was stricly kinda suboptimal :p

You are missing the Aspect of the Spider Aura wich reserves another 25% Mana.

But since you play in league its not an issue.

Yeah, AotS can exist only on gloves this league, but than I can't use voidbringer.
What do you think about using this two free sockets(enlighten), any ideas?
Can't imagine what I can place there...
