Is this the most useless unique atm?

It was something when coc used to have a low chance to proc when you critted,
but now coc procs 100% when you crit.
So.... this is like absolutely worthless now?
I can't come up with anything to do with this.
There isn't even a fated version of it.

You could change it to something like "1000-2000% to melee crit multiplier"
so it would be "okay-ish" for something at least?

Yes but it procs CoC without crit, its bad but it isn't even close to the worst unique lol veil of night as linked above is pretty likely

If you pump multiplier up to 900% the mace dps is still only 50,
even with the best mirror tier flat phys gear you can't get even close to 1c weapons or never mind starforge. And then the horrible speed...

You just can't salvage this item.
I'd love to see some recipes to combine all the worst shit items and turn them all into 1 OP unique.

Trypanon + Veil = Helmet on a stick,
enemies near you have 0% all resistances,
reflects 1000-2000 lightning dmg when you are hit,
50% global defences
100% increased attack speed...
