(DELVE) Vaal outpost missing entrance

Had it happen 3 timees in a row now ... i'll probably avoid them till there is some kind of staff reply

SIX RUNS = only first 3 success open.
The later 3 all FAIL.

This is seriously dissaponting!

same here, 2 out of 5 outposts had it happened.

This just happened to me for three outposts in a row. I completely cleared the area around the stairs the second time, and left the mines then returned before the third, but none of these things made a difference.

It was a group of 5 outpost nodes. I did 2 last night, those two the stairs worked for. The last 3 in line this morning did not.

Same happened to me just now. Ruined Chamber - Vaal Outpost (Depth: 83, Monster Level: 68). I completed ~10 Ruined Chambers since start and this happened to me for the first time.

Same just happened to me again, this time entrance to Abyssal Chamber is missing:

Something has broken after last patch.

Also having this problem. Pretty consistently. Seems like about 50% of the chambers i get dont open

Same issue seems to occur with Abyssal Chambers (in an Abyssal City)
2 out of 5 had no entrance. The first 3 worked, the next two didn't.

+1 Has happened to me a lot, more than half of them are missing the entrance.
