Nope, mostly the crit mod and the 20% chance to take 50% less area damage from hit (RNG based but can save you). It doesn't scream "I gotta have this" but it does put itself in contention instead of Arakaali being a no brainer.
Well said. I can get behind that argument for sure. And, to be fair, the Arakaali doesn't scream "I gotta have this" either - it's just nice.
Yeah, switched from Pandemonius to Impresence for Frostbite reservation. It's pretty damn nice. I'll get blind from a Stibnite or something.
You realize that amulet adds flat cold to everything, right? Spells, attacks, heralds... everything you do that applies a hit.
I hope you're not running Elemental Equilibrium on this build, because if so you have just sabotaged your own build mechanics.

That issue aside, the amulet is really nice. If you're adamant about keeping it, maybe pull out of the Equilibrium keystone and use a flame golem in Malachai's Artifice to apply EE for you.

I'm not needing to use it. I just thought it was a slick QOL for curse application. What I really want is Ele Weakness or Enfeeble Doedres Malevolence and one of those on Blasphemy.
Just finished Uber Atziri, albeit not quite deathless! I'm sitting at about 500K Shaper DPS and ~10k ES. Thanks for the build! Small changes I made skill-wise are Arcane Surge on Flame Dash (I proc this more often), and Increased Crit on the GMP Ball Lightning for EO. I just bailed on Orb of Storms altogether.

Replacing Empower lvl 3 with Swift Afflictions deals more damage. Only use Empower when it's lv 4.
