The short answer is that you'll need to e-mail support@grindinggear.com.
Just make sure that you're looking for the individual contents of the pack; not one single item. Imagine the lack of introspection that would be required to spend your spare time telling people they’ve posted in the wrong section of some company's forum, only to then try accusing someone else of brown-nosing.

" Your account name can't be both CD318 and gravite2k. I'd assume you've one Path of Exile account created through the website, and one created through Steam. The latter mightn't have any e-mail address associated with it at all.
