The short answer is that you'll need to e-mail support@grindinggear.com.
Just make sure that you're looking for the individual contents of the pack; not one single item. "VPs are not required to change their posting style. They are still welcome to express their opinions and take part in any discussions they wish. Their only responsibility is to continue doing what they have always done - posting in a friendly and constructive manner."

gravite2k same email as me... I wasted $60

" Your account name can't be both CD318 and gravite2k. I'd assume you've one Path of Exile account created through the website, and one created through Steam.
