What's going on with the POE Reddit mods? 40+ submissions shadow-removed in last 24 hours

What makes you think you are entitled to have GGG address the issue? Especially if they already fixed it.

It's just kind of sad, really. GGG has obviously abandoned this place, for good reason.

Say it ain't so GGG. Please say it ain't so. Not counting Chris (he bailed on GGG's own forums in favor of Reddit years ago) I sure hope the other devs are still willing to reply here. We never ever got much direct dev feedback on anything posted here but has GGG really abandoned their own forums in favor of Reddit (again, not counting Chris)?

Edit: Even without any direct feedback on our GGG forum posts I'd like to think that those who do read what we post here (other than the etiquette police) are taking our tiny "Who" voices on a specific subject and with all our feedback make a loud enough collective voice that the devs actually hear. Example, we've posted for a couple of years that the Masters need a complete overhaul and finally Betrayal expansion with get us the needed changes (can't comment on how good or not until played). But at least this is a change most were/are wanting and I'd like to think collectively our PoE forum posts do have some impact on the devs decisions. I could be naive and what we talk about here is just totally ignored (can't know for sure)... I hope not.

That would be a great idea if only there was any evidence that GGG employees read the fucking forums.

Chris and Bex are all over reddit all the time. In contrast, on the forums we just get an occasional teaser from bex with no follow-up.

We do not own 'our/the' accounts. Never have, never will.

And so what, on that basis, you'd just be fine with it if a week into a league, GGG decided to delete all of your characters and the contents of your stash despite not breaking any rules? You wouldn't even complain at all, you'd just shut up and take it because you have no right to do anything else? And then you'd go and continue playing the game as normal?

I can't comprehend why more people don't care more about this bug. It hasn't affected me yet but it's a giant problem, and if we care about this game at all, we should care to make sure that GGG both knows about it and is working on fixing it.

Censoring "duplicate topics" created specifically to attract GGG attention is absolutely a hazard. I literally don't believe the mods, including you, when they insist that GGG has seen the topic.

If betrayal launches without them addressing the problem, it'll be partially all of your faults.

I disagree with that. The subreddit is a place to share information and discuss the game, not a GGG signal board. If you feel strongly that more action needs to be taken to make sure GGG are aware of the issue, why not use the bug reports forum here? That is the entire purpose of that forum, and GGG read every post in it.
