Starforge can't do ele dmg, so yes neither of those will work. It can do chaos damage though, so you can use Sin's rebirth and Atziri's Promise with it, instead of using Brutality (which doesn't even let you do chaos damage).
Gear looks okay, you can use carcass jack. Your links need fixing, and get better belt and flasks. Get Lion's Roar as soon as possible. Change bandits from alira to two passives, you don't crit, multi is useless.

ah okay mb, still not great though imo. We take vaal pact so regen is useless, 2% phys mitigation is nothing.

It has 20% increase physical damage as well..

Any particular reason why you suggest Writhing Jar for bosses? Is it so that killing the worms gives us Massive Leech? Or is it something else?
