[3.13] SPECTRE SUMMONER (2021 Edition) Necromancer Build. BEST League Starter! + VIDEO GUIDE!

Let me start with a question before I get to the good stuff.

For bossing, do you keep SG or do you use other spectres for that? (Guardians/shaper)
Or do you just keep to SG with the bossing setup ofc.

Now the good stuff, I am first time Spectre and following this guide was easy, I read all comments last night, and don't see how people mess up unless it's their first build.
I am having so much fun that I hope this build will help me do my first shaper ever since breach league where I started for real.

I love the progression section on how you would priotize gearing, that makes everything easier for me.

Hi! You can use SG for everything. They are universal

What kind of problem you have? DO you use Path of BUIlding?

All guardians now down on Xbox from this build .

Just picked up a rumis flask it seems to rly help me with survival .

I still use zombies as meat shields like you mentioned in your latest build update video on YouTube

Trying to find a elder bone helm has been quite a challenge on Xbox one , so far I saw one that was listed for 15 exalts last week and I was 5 ex short . Now I have 20 exalts total waiting for one to appear so I can snag it .

Got a 6l mortis but I just bought a +1 spectre Armor piece on the trade board it’s the first one I’ve seen there since playing this build on Xbox . Although it has very shitty rolls I bought it for 2 chaos, im going to try my luck annuling this thing tonight .

Any insight on how these drop at delves ? (I missed last league )
Are they already identified in the armour area delves ? Or do you have to pick up all body armour and identify it ? Or does it drop in a certain area of the delve ? Are they common drops ?

Anyway , I’m having a lot of fun with this build , very powerful map clear and boss kill , for me it seems to be anyway .

I disagree.

The whole point of Frost Sentinels (besides the great damage) is the crowd control that freeze and chill brings. So definetly hypothermia over elemental focus (although pierce might actually be the best).

In response to the build itself, why do you not use Arc + elemental equilibrium? It is a huge damage boost, and makes the minions actually hit what you target (especially necessary if you use zombies).

Excuse me, I found some problem in PoB passive tree.
At level 23, you spend total 46 points which seems impossible.
Normally, it'd around 25-30 points at level 23, act 3.

PoB assumes you've taken all campaign passive points, unfortunately
