" the craziest thing is that illian make this EVERY league. and has EVERY league way better gear as i have in standard and mostly has much better gear as kel. But the good thing is. The build works also with not soo good gear as kel shows with 40/40 every league. And illian is really nice and answer so much questions and helps a lot like kel. Thats i like with this build. A lot of really helpful and nice people and mostly every time you get answer. |

" I would plan on a total of 5 ex to craft it. 1 ex to buy Alts for rolling 1 ex to buy Imprints and Annuls 2 ex for Multimod 1 ex for misc, or as buffer. Of course, like everything else RNG is RNG. You could hit a great Alt in the first 20, or it could take you 2000.... Having to Annul and imprint more than a few times is painful. As a cheap short-term alternative to crafting your own Shaper Vaal, you can search for say 450 ES chests with 40+ int and one resist that have an open suffix (you can do that via pathofexile.com/trade.) Then craft 6% increased attributes on it. (Note: 4% increased attributes is a recipe you can find in the game.)

Just picked up 6s Whispering Ice. It is colored 5 b 1 red. I have all the gems you suggest when first getting the staff. WO, CwC, SC, LL,CE, Elem Focus. At what level should I try and recolor it to use Cold Pen , controlled destruction, etc...? Will I be fine for a while with it how it is? I still need a few more levels before I can actually use it.

Idiot Alert:
I just realized today that I was missing a second Brute Force Solution near the Scion starting area. Thought my Int was a bit low...stupid me just forgot to put another in there. Next, I also just realized that my Frost Walker was rendered useless by the Might of the Meek jewel that I picked up the first week of the new league. You know I just forgot to remove it like it says in our very detailed guide that I've read many times (not enough apparently!). So I've been running around with 2 points doing pretty much nothing but thankfully now it is all fixed. Let's hope that's the end of it! :) |
