Labyrinth Prophecies

Of course I'm not 100% sure if this is a bug, but I figure I should report it anyway.

I've full cleared normal lab twice with the unbearable whispers V prophecy and nothing has procced. I also had tried to proc Unbreathing Queen II and none of the labyrinths were activating. Twice enchanted worked fine but I'm not sure what's going on.

Edit: I'm sorry, I'm an idiot and didn't notice this was already documented.
