Zana does not reset her maps in her store?

I have the issue. I have met Zana in maps a few times the past few days, and also did they first two shaper encounter maps. Her inventory is still selling tier 1 maps.

I just finished the tier 3 shaper encouter and it did not refresh.

I also had issues with Zana's 'shop' in the beginning of the league, but now it seems consistent:
-her shop is renewed on entering a map with a (marked) daily for her (golden ring), but not on her random encounters.
-the affix options on the map device instead are related to the shaper questline only.

Actually, Zana's inventory changes when you open such a map, i.e. entering the map or even doing her mission is not required.

Her store does NOT refresh whenever you see her on a map whether you do her mission successfully or not. She refreshes when you successfully complete her daily and when you deliver a memory fragment.

Since master missions can spawn more than once per day on the atlas they're not exactly "dailies" anymore. And no, you do not have to "successfully complete" such atlas missions, it is enough to open the map in question. Just like "back in the day", when you failed or abandoned a Zana daily mission, her inventory would have refreshed nonetheless.

She absolutely does not refresh her store every time you find her on a map. I found her on several this past weekend and she did not keep refreshing.

50+ She only refreshed once in all of those maps with at least a half dozen encounters.

Right after I posted, she refreshed after an encounter, and right away after that when I completed a shaper map....then she didn't refresh after a mission and another shaper map.

Right after I posted, she refreshed after an encounter, and right away after that when I completed a shaper map....then she didn't refresh after a mission and another shaper map.

So she should be lvl 5+ and sell low yellow maps too at this point i think. Wikipedia has info on how many maps you need to do to lvl her up. Completing means killing the boss, right? And if you read answers above - she resets after guaranteed daily mission or when you give her a memory fragment. Also you get to choose any map of the tier of the fragment you gave her. Just doing shaper influenced maps is not supposed to refresh her shop. Big benefit of her random missions is that you can actually complete these maps now for map bonus.

Not when you find her. When you open a map with her marker on on the Atlas.

Randomly finding her on a map that she wasn't marked on does nothing.

Opening a map with her marker on refreshes her store.

Like other masters her marker refreshes daily with a small random chance to happen when you run any map.

Her level should have no effect on what maps she sells any more. Master levels only affect what cosmetics they sell. She sells maps roughly up to the highest tier you've done.
