Light Pen is perfectly fine - and even better than Efficacy in many situations. I just prefer the QoL of efficacy

How's the power level expected to be compared to 3.5 now that it's a crit build? Slightly weaker and slightly more costly to gear high level content?

Do we still link Storm Brand with Controlled Destruction while leveling? I would assume it's not a good idea after the crit changes.

Ah never mind just noticed in PoB you don't even bother with EO. The trees in the leveling section are outdated.

yes i really wish build makers would stop half updating their posts, i followed most of the leveling section only to realize it doesn't work and i now need to go and get refund points. it's a real bummer you could have at least removed it or added a warning that it wouldn't work anymore
