Elemental Proliferation

How does prolif work with burn damage with the 1.0.2 changes?

Does burn applied via prolif still count as if it were applied with a weapon?

(Would prolif'd burn scale with weapon elemental damage?)

EDIT: NVM, answered on previous page.

I realize that this does not work with Fire Trap because the fire damage from the ground does not qualify as a status effect.

However, does this work with Searing Bond? Will this essentially give me an aoe burn for my fire lines?

this only works from status effects. ignite is the fire damage over time that you are looking for. the burning damage of searing bond is not an ignite.

If i use a Taryn's Shiver and Ele Proliferation, will targets frozen only through proliferation receive the 20% increased damage taken debuff from the staff?

I assume that it isn't the case because the source of the freeze is the original target and not the spell but a confirmation on that would be great.

yes, chill (or freeze) will spread. other elements too if you have any.
