yes. The bleeding damage doesn't matter so all you need is really to have the bleeding up and running. With a lot of skills this is not a problem at all. Barrage, Tornado Shot, Blast Rain or whatever.
Just remember only convert 90% of physical damage if you are scaling physical damage. |
