Crafting Curse with Warlords Mark on hit

Will any elder ring do? Does it have to be a certain base or item level? I ask because even trash ones with useless stats are kind of pricey, but I guess that's so Mark of the shaper can be used with them. Thanks in advance

That page might not reflect the current betrayal changes, but old ones (like shaper/elder mods) should still be accurate. According to the Site you need a elder ring with a free suffix and ilvl 75+ for lvl 8 or lvl 80+ for lvl 12 warlords mark on hit. You say Prison Cell, I hear 'Holiday'.

People say 1000 alts rare but in my experience it's more like 250 alts. I've only rolled 3-4 so I may have just been lucky. However, if you want to annul and multimod you are talking a lot more alts if you get unlucky.
