Yes, other than having a cheap plug and play gaming platform. Btw this is not meant to be another pc Vs consoles thread, why are you so scared? IMHO they are already working on it and it is only a matter of time before they announce the Switch edition. They already released it on PS4 and Xbox, why shouldn't they release it on the best selling (right now) existing console?

Diablo is running at rock 60fps, it looks great even with some compromises compared to other versions.
Why wouldn't be the same for PoE?
Come on, there is no reason to not port the game on Switch. Once you could address performance issues, then you got Doom, Wolfenstein, Diablo. Once you could address always online issues when you are on the go, then you got Fortnite, Warframe, Arena of Valor. Once you could address Switch itself for being a market failure like WiiU, then you got sales data. I am not saying it has to replace PoE on PC. Nothing can or has to replace it, PoE was born on PC and PC will always be its main platform in terms of performance, user base, updates, ecc. But that doesn't mean we can't enjoy playing it in a different way. I bought supporter packs on PC, Xbox One, and would buy them also on Switch ❤️

If it were on Switch, I'd probably give it a whirl. Especially if it means the engine has to be enough to be able to run on it. Hopefully those optimizations will bleed into the PC build.

Meh. Diablo (like all switch games) is only 720p -- in other words, visual garbage. Transmog in the Switch port is a pointless affair because it's all blurry crap. Also, they had to zoom the camera way in to keep the framerate up so it's like playing with horse blinders.

No thanks on a PoE port to Switch.

PS: Also, D3 is much better optimized than PoE. PoE barely runs on PCs lol.

I'd love to have it on the Switch. I could play it whenever/wherever as long as I had a wifi connection.

Old? Diablo Immortal hasn't even been released yet.

Anyway, console PoE still seems bad to me. Glad you enjoy it, I guess, but even though the switch is the only current-gen console I own, I have absolutely no interest whatsoever in playing PoE on it.

Tetris99, on the other hand, is fucking awesome.

Here's hoping it does happen eventually. My PC is old and can barely keep this up at low-medium settings, so by 4.0, I fear I'll be unable to play on lowest settings...

But if it came to Switch, I could play more often and without worry!
