Is it okay, to use 2 Shaped Wands with item lvl 85 instant of Scepter´s?

so for Yoke of Suffering, chance to shock better to get 10%?

As far as i can understand the new Hatred is better than Herald of thunder + aspect of the spider.
It also opens you up to get a Watchers eye with adds cold damage while affected by hatred. So you should be running Herald of Ash + Ice and Hatred. |
