How do u crit if u have 0% crit with controlled destruction ? U have to proc Ele overlord can u explain ???

I started a wORB build based on another guide, but am transitioning to this guide. I have two wands currently that POB shows more DPS than the sceptre combo (obviously because I don't have the multi-mod and other affixes). Should I just keep with what POB says for DPS until I can afford the better items?

How do I go about getting the Void or Opal Sceptre bases ilvl 86? The bases alone are like 7ex :O What the heck? Just because of the 10% elemental damage difference?

Also, with 3 heralds and Aspect of the Spider, how do you have enough mana to cast Winter Orb?

How do you go about making 7ex? Play the game
You don't need top tier bases anyways save a couple ex and buy the budget bases.

Question. Is the gem set up in PoB the more updated set up? As in with Infused Channeling.

I'm insanely curious, maybe someone rich has been able to test this...WHAT IF you had a corrupt Yoke for 1 additional curse, and then used a unique glove with Curse enemies with Elemental Weakness. Would that combo be possibly better than the Damage against chilled enemies rare gloves?

Of course both of those corruptions are adding a significant ex cost to the build

Im thinking something like throwing on Tombfist or the other gloves with 2 abyss sockets, and getting an extra 2 abyss jewels to go along with the added elemental weakness curse. Wouldn't this drastically increase our damage output (as long as we can still max out resists).

Another question, I see everyone running Cnderswallow but no one is running Wise Oak. Is there a reason for that? I thought Wise Oak was a staple of elemental builds like this one, but maybe the cinderswallow onslaught and hp management is just better?
