20% more is a prefix, +1 to strength gems is a suffix, you can't compare them

+1 to strength gems gives 3.5% more dps if you use empower
But still, you can't compare them directly. Other mods are important too

What an awesome build! I did everything there was to do with it this league and would like to sell everything in one go. 19k es at lvl 97, easy uber elder (even with my lvl 79 twink), delve 600+ (including cities).
