Tabula, Goldrim, Lochtonial Caress, Scaeva/Ahn's Might/Dreadbeak.. You should start with two swords with Resolute technique node. Cleave/cyclone for leveling

Any advice for what passive points to put in while leveling?

Also the PoB has too many points allocated apparently? 125 points even though there is only 121 or something like that?

I am level 35 and started using Blade Flurry but I can't level it up because of intelligence? what do I do in this regard? just get some item that gives me int?

Also when does mana not become an issue? When I am fighting I typically have to pop mana pots all the time.
