Can you elaborate on this? Doubles what? The Leech per Second? Does it stack multiplicatively with Vaal Pact to end up granting the same as before with just Vaal Pact?

Melee is due for next league can everyone just chill and just enjoy some handcast spell build for 3month? I love melee but playing different stuff every couple months feels fresh. Nothing better then starting something your not sure about and ending up loving it.
