Teleporting issues between Memory Nexus, Mine Encampment and Aspirants Plaza

When you're on the teleporter in the Memory Nexus area, then you can't teleport to the Mine Encampment. Nothing will happen, when you click in that icon. The same happens, when you're in the Mine Encampment, then you can't teleport to the Memory Nexus. You can't also teleport to the Memory Nexus, when you're on the waypoint in Aspirants' Plaza. The other way around works fine.

So the following teleportations currently do not work:

* Memory Nexus -> Mine Encampment
* Mine Encampment -> Memory Nexus
* Aspirants' Plaza -> Memory Nexus

I've also noticed that Mine Encampment is the only location where I can teleport to the waypoint I currently stand on (i.e. teleport from Mine Encampment to Mine Encampment) and the Mine will be loaded again.

The general teleportation issues between the areas are fixed in version 3.6.1, but it is still possible to teleport from Mine Encampment to Mine Encampment and it is now possible to trigger a teleportation from Memory Nexus to Memory Nexus, but that fails with:

Error: Failed to join instance because: Transfer to this instance is not allowed using this method.

Error: Failed to join any instances.

Other locations, like the hideout or the Aspirants Plaza prevent teleportation to the same waypoint.
