Man, you are playing at level 70 ranger even without ascendancy, that says me you are newbie. And if you cant properly read this great build guide its not build creator fault, IMO he did great work and all clearly painted, i persenally got 40 Uber Elders killed with that build this league(one of my runs you can find at page №27). Just find more newbie friendly build and play that.

Thanks for backing me up. To give some additional insight on why this guy is mad at me: he approached me for a mirror service on my bow and asked me how it worked. When he asked me how a mirror of kalandra worked, I told him and figured he was a noob that couldn't afford it--he then said he would go buy one on 9/25. This was on 9/21. On 9/22 I was approached by a friend of mine that offered to help re-craft this project. At that point I halted mirror service and told the 4 people who were waiting to get a service of our plans and if they wanted the current or future version. I didn't message this guy about our plans to recraft the bow since it was pretty obvious that he was RMTing and I'm not doing a mirror service for someone who says that he needs to wait for his paycheck. Now he's mad

Sorry that he came in here to shit up the thread. I do see now that I did accidentally post an item with unrelated links and jewels into the thread, so I'll fix that when I get a chance. If he keeps spamming I'll get a mod in here to clean it up.

I see your updated tree for 3.8 has even less intel.

I think the int gems cap out at 111 int so how do we get that much?

14 base + 30 Hyrri demise + 16 yoke + 30 tree is 90.

Even with 15% elder belt and 6% armor craft, you end up on 108 int and that’s assuming all perfect rolls on the above items. So we need to add more int from items?

Pretty much expected some RMT punk with no clue when he said you "made" him buy 3 gloves. Nobody holds a gun to anyone's head and "makes" them buy items or follow build guides.

Most guide writers sacrifice their own time to not only prepare a guide but also answer people's questions, and then someone comes who is not only not grateful, but basically entitled and thinks build guide's author can be sued if their character doesn't play itself.

You'd think if you can afford a few dozens of ex for a build, you'd have enough in-game experience to not make decisions blindly if something obviously is a mistake and doesn't fit into a build, maybe is a leftover from older version, or a bad edit, etc.

Shame you didn't report him because RMTers ruin the economy for everyone else and ensure that botters stay in business and clog the servers with their bots.

All i said here its for constructive purposes, i want the benefit of this post. The build is good, but there is some lack of information on him.
You guys could put for example:

THIEF`S TORMENT RING/PRISMATIC RING as a tip for the players that gives 30 mana per attack hit.

it in the minimum details that makes the differences, you guys dont put on Gem Link Session, This is for Helmet:
Gloves:
Boots:

need some enhancement, and polish in build guide. The critics i do here its not to over everything and boom finish you. I just want increase the quality of this Post and Build.

By the way its not my level and ascendency thats going to tell my perspective to see the things going on.

Theres a huge LACK of Mana in this build, sad but true.

Assassins Mark Gem its not taking care of the bussiness with Herald of ice and Hatred casted, everytime my character says MANA IS OVER, and start single simple shot.
And yes im doing Hit kill on mobs.

You're just being ignorant. You come into this thread thinking you know more than everyone else when you are a level 71 un-ascended ranger.



There. I fixed your mana problems. That was an item in the original post by the way.

I'm reviewing your gear. If you are using Aspect of the Cat also, which I never recommended without Farrul's Fur, then you are not going to have any mana at all. Also you should use the flasks I recommended, and you should type /passives in game chat to see what quests you need to do to get all your passive points.

I don't include a leveling section in my post because I want to steer noobs clear of the build, because it is complicated and requires some game knowledge, as I said in the introduction.

second: is it better a fractal thought with 40% more ts damage enchant or a rare with life and res and +1 ts projectile?

im sorry i really dont understand your post, with this jewel, on passive skill tree the only thing that gives me mana where she goes its the node soul raker that leechs 0.8% of mana with attack damage, so im sorry my ignorance but wheres the solution here? im not using aspect of the cat btw, because i dont even have mana for this. And dont care about aspect of the cat. I already made all passives.

I have all attributes on a couple of my jewels and it gets me above the requirement. But you can also path over Forces of Nature or Revenge of the Hunted and grab the int node along the way if you're still struggling with int.

Thanks! That's actually a really good question. I haven't been able to play this league much so I haven't tested +1 secondary projectiles instead of +2. What I can tell you is that the +1 enchantment provides more damage as the secondary projectiles go from 3->4, which is a huge damage boost and coverage boost. At the same time Fractal Thoughts gives us an incredible amount of damage and is an absurd power spike. Personally I think I would revert back to a Starkonja's or Devoto's with the +1 enchant instead. 40% increased damage works the same way 40% increased on an item, so it's not a more multiplier and is not that great.

Well not only does it give you that but it also gives you life leech, a ton of crit chance and crit multi, blind on hit and increased recovery speed. The mana leech combined with cinderswallow urn will let you sustain mana quite easily. The only time I run out of mana is when I'm shooting at nothing in my hideout.

Just came to say thanks for the guide and instead I get this epic comedy starring yanlive. Please don't get his posts scrubbed, these last two pages made me laugh a lot.
BTW this is probably one of the best ways to max out bow characters. There is almost nothing that can't be done with it, and it transitions perfectly into the no life, deep delve builds if one should choose. Cheers and good work.
