I dropped 1ex. I'm still leveling and I'm quite noob so I'm not sure how to spend it.
I came up with 2 options:

1ex ~ 165c

Option 1:
- Empower support ~10c
- Enlighten Support ~30c
- Thread of Hope Crimson Jewel ~50c
- Atziri's Step Slink Boots ~35c

Total 125c, 40c remaining

Option 2:
- The Vertex Vaal Mask ~100c
- Atziri's Step Slink Boots ~35c
- Empower support ~10c
- Enlighten Support ~30c

Total 175c, -10c remaining

What do you think is the best option? Or maybe there is another better option?

With 1 ex you can buy 6 porcupine cards, a +2 bow gem essence, and a full set of cheap rare gear that will take you all the way to red map

I'm pretty sure that will help more than targetting 2 uniques items, that will drop in price very fast anyway (for instance atziri boots are incredibly expensive at league start, and will rapidly become very cheap...)

Can I clear all content with this build without spending a fortune on cluster jewels this league?

Hey, I am also playing TR and just upgraded my bow. I can't see your characters but if you don't have a +3 bow, then that would be a good thing to go for imo. I had a procupine bow craft and I wouldn't craft that one if you have so much currency. I bought imperial legacy cards and then fossil crafted with corroded+metallic+jagged, took 3 attempts until I had mine.

I've decided to try to craft +3 bow as you recommended. At 3th attempt I got this bow -
It is +3 but attributes don't look so good. Does it make sense to continue roll or maybe there is some safe way to keep + level mods and change another mods?
It also has one free prefix

well, there is the prefixes cannot be changed craft. then annull or target reroll with harvest?

I agree with Niltarash, do not buy Vertex or Atziri's Step most boss drops start really high in price and drop as people start farming them (also includes Dying Sun) and none of them are essential for spec to function.

What you should prio is:
6-link (as people said you can just get the cards imperial legacy or porcupine)
lvl 20 toxic rain (lvl 21 when price drops)
lvl 3 empower (corrupted empower 3 tends to drop in price quickly too)

You can just skip them for now, I reckon there was a league starter tree floating around without any clusters.

And tbh toxic rain was played back in metamorph when bosses were already buffed but clusters didn't exist. And it was viable. And nothing about it was really nerfed except clusters. The changes to the basic tree are net neutral I'd say, gained some, lost some. It's not like crit specs that suddenly lost 1/3rd of their crit multi.

Thanks for adding the POB, this is helping me figure out how to improve my build. I basically need more ES/evasion and some cluster jewels and I should be good. I'm doing ok on earlier red maps but will need to get better stuff to clear faster and do later tiers.

I would craft chaos damage over time multi on it and use it. I had a horrible +2 bow and it worked fine until t12 vaaled maps the bosses got harder. If it really annoys you then I would buy new legacy cards and craft a 2nd bow and sell the one you don't use to minimise risk. This is my 2nd league tho so there might be someone with better advise! You can message @Sabro_HarvestMyOrgans he crafted my prefix in case you don't have the craft or another one you need.
