Despair should be on the quiver and I hate casting curses, so I just linked it to CWDT and it procs quite often on stronger enemies that actually manage to hit me, so I actually get more dmg on enemies that are stronger. But yeah, I should just link it to frenzy or something. Gonna think about it.

Faster casting is because for some reason my dps is really low and I struggle in harder white maps and I need to cast several toxic rains on all the packs and I still don't have atk. speed craft so without it it's suuuuper slow. Swift affliction gives like +3k DoT DPS which is nice, but the slow casting just feels terrible.

Totems is the only thing that keeps me pushing forward with the build as they make bosses actually die in a reasonable amount of time.

And I am super poor this league, I used to always have around an exhalt for gear in previous leagues, but this time I am barely scraping by with 20c.

Forgot about prophecy, so I might check that out.

I had no problems with +2 5L and lvl 20 toxic rain. Make sure you cast despair and put totems on rare+ enemies. Biggest upgrade for you would be saving for 6L+3 (http://poe.trade/search/masikiutohuban 1.5ex atm)

What these guys said. Also, attack speed... you're running an Assassin bow, which is the second slowest base APS in the game, and you haven't taken the increased attack speed nodes on the tree yet.

A note about oil enchants. I was seriously planning on grabbing corruption for my amulet, even picked up a crimson oil for the recipe. HOWEVER. The other 2 oils are not Clear oil, they are Black oil. I'll still do this eventually, but at just shy of 30c cost at the moment, it will probably come after a bunch of other upgrades... and there's a better than good chance I won't bother until I have my end-game ammy.

Every level counts especially when you get +gems bow. Your +1 bow property is nullified by having lvl 19 skill so it just goes to 20 which you can achieve with normal gem, so it's like you didn't even have that +1.

Last season I bought lvl 21 toxic rain for 40c but today it was 70... I also bought +2 bow 5-link for around 30c. It made big difference. Also witchfire brew when u can for those who dislike casting curse. Getting curse from lvl 3 to lvl 21 matters.

Playing this on SSF SC and loving it. Hit 21 TR with first Vaal lol. Thanks for the build.

I've Just done a mine variation of this and good god is it potent! Just waltzed my way though blight SSFHC and had no issues at all.

best bit is that by using mines you bypass the requirement for attack speed as even at base speed mines are thrown and detonated very quickly.

Damn, didn't know about the base speed thing, but already paid the price for it and 5 link prophecy :(
