Is it good to use Herald of ice as well?

" It depends on your mana, Herald of ice adds something around 2% dmg to Flameblast and 8% to Orb of Storms, but it cuts your unreserved mana in half. For Bosses, you want to have enough mana to be able to spam Flameblast at least 3 times. With the 3.8 Clarity buff it might be possible to use Herald of ice, i still haven't tested it yet. | |

Hi, I have a question regarding EE with this build. If you have herald of thunder on which adds lightning damage to Flameblast, then wouldnt EE give the thing it hit Thunder and Fire resist? Or am I missing something with how EE works.
