So, during past leagues the standard for DPS and survivability changed, and with this also ratings for DPS and Survivability in this thread. Currently the values for DPS are < 2M Very Low, 2-3M Low, 3-4M Medium, 4-5M High, >6M Very High for some specific numbers, and survivability will be also adjusted relatively to other shadow builds.

Secrets of Suffering Glacial Cascade Miner
TLDR : Using a special keystone that make critical strike inflict Brittle, wich gives a high critical strike chance. Then scaling the damage as a normal glacial cascade miner.
