Hey, thanks for the guide, having fun playing. I am trying to figure out how you have so much more DoT DPS in path of building than I do.

Mine fully geared is stuck at 226k, will get to 282k with level 21 ED and level 4 empower, still way off from yours. Is it a config issue or am I missing something large? Thanks in advance! | |

Looks like you have no source of wither? get wither stacking in there (and select it and set it to a realistic stack value.

If you just stack it with Spreading Rot instead of a wither setup, just add the wither skill in PoB, select the skill and set stacks to 15. | |

Thanks for the reply. I am running a wither/spell totem now. I've noticed your DPS is 1.4MM; with the wither add I am at 466k. Adding level 4 empower is 520k. Adding Allelopathy gets me to 570k.
Is it really that the rest of my items are contributing to a ~1MM loss of DoT DPS? I'm trying to figure out where to spend currency. Empower is ~3ex. | |

My character is pretty well geared now, so stuff like jewels and wand provides a lot of offense. Unless you dislike Blight, you can just let Allelopathy carry the DPS as you gear up. Despair, intensity from Blight and Aspect of the Spider are all great DPS boosts.
If you have enough duration x cast speed to get to 20 stacks of blight, you can multiply the PoB DPS by that much to find your real output. | |

Yea, that makes sense regarding your items. It seemed as if I was off by so much that maybe I screwed something up.
Although, I just noticed your tree is pretty different from mine. Maybe I should re-spec, or play with PoB more to see how much that adds to it. | |

I've been trying to swap some of your items over to my build and vice versa, and I've yet to get it closer than 1MM. I thought my config was incorrect but I'm having trouble making sense of that. If I remove all your jewels and place my bow/quiver in your slots, you're still 1MM ahead of me. I'm doing something wrong!

If you try to take jewels out of my setup, you also have to make sure you grab the minion damage also affects you node. otherwise, some of the pathing is wasted.
