And i love it :D

I'm not sure if that was your build or some other very similar one but I played spiders a few leagues ago. You [ or someone else in different build ] suggested Aul's amu with envy as a luxury. Is that still a thing? It's very cheap this league. That's why I'm thinking about it.

I didn't but if you can fit it into the build without sacrificing a lot elsewhere it would be a decent DPS increase.

Hey, I'm Spider Necro lover, played it as one of my first builds in POE ever about 1.5 year ago. Now i decided to give my twist to spiders, converting 100% of their damage to chaos, and focusing myself on maxblock/armour, while having 79+ max res. I would be grateful if you would check my pob, maybe you can find something that would really fit into it.
Currently my gear is mediocre:
-shield is still in progress to make +2 max res/5% life gained on block + 100hp gained on block
-helmet is going to be crafted to 20lvl ML/MD
-Still need to upgrade my rings
-Body armour is just a bad 6-link with ho to provide more utility than tabula would
-using leash of oblation to grant 2 offerings to my spiders
Now as i think about it, i will replace punishment curse with despair and maybe in the future add +1 curse to give bring back punishment

Maybe this can inspire you try another twist to spiders, and maybe you could help me improve this build. Im thinking about adding golden rule into the mix, using watcher's eye with unaffected by poison, to max my chaos res.

It can do Uber so yes.

I played this build to 36 challenges and can confirm that this should be most content viable, for A8 sirus it was either deathless or 6 portals lost, but thats probably bcuz I don't know that fight too well. I did Uber elder, elder, shaper, uber atziri, oshabi and all other stuff rather quickly and deathless, used sceptre, not shield. Tho I recommend to avoid crit chance/crit multi map mod, was the only problematic mod. No issues with shaper/elder guardians either, quick kills.
