no flat damage on scourge arrow anymore..
Scourge Arrow: No longer has Added Chaos Damage at all gem levels. It now has 117% Effectiveness of Base and Added Damage at gem level 1 (previously 90%), scaling up to 162% at gem level 20 (previously 125%). |

seems like they removed a lot of flat chaos to the good skills pathfinders would take this feels kinda yikes....
