any elder lvl68+ staff with level 1 fortify

EDIT: I am actually going to go further here. Updating the title to include 3.11 and 2020 is deliberately misleading and imo has seriously hurt your credibility in my eyes. I am very disappointed in how you handled this build for 3.11

If you "did not/have not yet" update(d) a build for a coming league and content change, then don't go to all of the trouble to update titles and banners and crap.
Just be honest.

The 3.11 update is not complete.

I'm only level 33 and so far I've noticed that the skill tree has changed.

The tree does change if you switch from the leveling pastebin to the end-game one of course, but other than that it looks fine to me, lvl 90 now with this build and it's allowed me to get to content I couldn't before, I like it, a bit squishy though

there are two trees, the starter one and the end-game one. They are different for a reason

The placement of the nodes on the trees if different to in game. I found them with a quick search, they were on the other side of the tree.

It looks like a POB error. Aligned Spirits is incorrectly placed.
