What stats should we be looking for on our (rare) bow before we can afford any of the uniques?
edit: or, my lightning arrow tooltip shows ~5k dps and that is well short of the 1-2M you mention, so what is going to be the most cost effective way to jack that damage up. Hi! I've been following your build for my second character this league. I'm using Voltaxic Rift + Inpulsa for clearing purposes, and have made slight variations to the skill tree (to apply easier shocks on bosses and extra life).
However i'm finding myself in a spot where my clearing ability is overkill but i can't even harm a boss past T13 - T14, and even before this tier bossfights take a while, i've tried windripper and death's opus with same result. Would you mind looking at my PoB ? https://pastebin.com/mM9rKZrH Note that i'm not finished leveling gems and i don't have jewel sockets yet (except one for lioneye's fall). Also i dropped lightning penetration as it is suboptimal with voltaxic. |

I think I'm not following part of the build. Where are all your resistances, not much of the end gear has res on it? How do you hit 75% res?
