Is there an alternative to using Starkonja's or is it best in slot?

>=14% CDR -> 7.45 atk/sec

<14% CDR -> 6.0 atk/sec


And no, this is not worse, because you are not hitting the cooldown cap, 6.31 is fine, 7.45 would just be a damage + heal increase

You can use any other helmet you want. Starkonja has the benefit that it is easy to obtain, it has good dex, attack speed and life, and often times you can get it with many useful enchants

That is an amazing jewel. I definitely think it is worth -1 max power charge. I think that jewel will work out quite amazing actually. In fact i think that you can get a build that will be a lot stronger than the one i have with the two rings.

Here is a search for rings with 30% `#% chance that if you would gain Power Charges, you instead gain up toyour maximum number of Power Charges`. You dont need power charge on crit chance, cause you have 45% from your jewel, and 55 from power charge on crit gem. Instead you can get the above mentioned two rings, and you will have 85% chance to gain maximum power charges on each hit. I only had 55%, so this is a massive damage and healing boost.

This build looks fun, gonna give it a go!

Haven't done a proper discharger for years, not since the era of the Fakener.

Have a couple of questions:

what type of timeless jewel is pmIFiAFK's jewel?

would skyforth boots be a viable option for source of charge on crit? (and go with 30% max charge on rings)
