Your Zombie DPS seems quite low which means less leech to you from the Baron.
I'd say you need a better 2hander like this?

I've not gotten into end game much as I worked on a Hollow Palm Champ but wanted to get back into my Necro.

On your weapon there is minion damage, is that right now better than fortify craft? or because my minion damage is low it would be better for me over the fortify craft?
