Dissapeared portals

Hi all,
I was just exploring Atzoatl and got disconnected with connection time out. Indeed I got like 3 seconds lag before that.
All fine, I had all remaining portals open so I just relogged 2 seconds later.
But when I did it, all portals were gone and speaking to Alva got me "12 Incursions remaining".
This means I explored 4 rooms out of 12 opened with 1 portal.
My questions: where are the remaining portals, did anyone experience the same issue and would this be fixed.
It was really annoying after 12 incursions, 4 map missions to open it, just to get this result.
I'm on PS4.

the server just crashed multiple times, everyones instances disappeared. (i was setting up uber elder...)
i wouldn't go for rare, or big set up encounters right now. wait a bit till they fixed their shit

Too bad I had l3 upgrade on map room...
