1) You are correct. There is no difference in break point from 14% CDR to 51% CDR. The break point changes at 52% CDR. The exact break point for 14% is 7.57. You want to stay as close to that as possible with out going over.

2) I tried to download your character to take a look but I can't find it. Are you just theory crafting? If so, please provide me a pob link and I can take a look for you. In general, don't forget to turn on elusive, that will get you closer to the 7.57 break point.

I am copying this from a FAQ from another build guide, maybe it will help explain what you are seeing:

Gems trigger from top to bottom in Cospri's Malice Cospri's Malice, as explained earlier in the guide. This item will trigger automatically from our Cyclone Cyclone, so there is no need to do anything beyond socketing the gems. The gems socketed in Cospri's Malice Cospri's Malice alternate between triggers, therefore the Ice Nova Ice Nova socketed in Cospri’s will trigger half as many times as your main 6-Link.

Just a question:

has anyone the water nova and arctic ice nova gem effect?
I bought it 10 minutes ago but I have more laggs with it than before. Does anyone has this problem too? or is it just me?

is it possible that gem mtx can increase the lag?

Probably the thing I am missing there is to turn on elusive on POB. Can you point me where to find it?

To answer your question I am currently leveling an assassin for this. But normally I love to understad things before investing in builds heavily.

To answer your question I am currently leveling an assassin for this. But normally I love to understand things before investing in builds heavily.

The normal POB does not handle elusive. You have to use the Community Fork version which includes a ton of things the regular POB does not handle ( one of which is elusive).

If you are not already using the fork version, here are the directions on how to switch over (it takes less than a minute if you are already using the regular version)

Once you have this installed, Elusive will show up in the Configuration panel under "When in Combat" (the same place you turn on Frenzy and Power Charges etc). The field only shows up when you have the ascendancy chosen that gives elusive.

I've done some heavy grinding and upgraded a few pieces here and there, managing to get back to using the Mark or the Shaper / Shaped ring combination which seems to have pushed another big chunk of DPS in.

Can someone with a bit more nouse take a look and let me know if I'm missing anything obvious from this char (Lasnings) beyond improving the 10% Cospri which is stubbornly failing to divine to anything better than 10%, and the loreweave which similarly gets worse with each orb. With elusive I'm at 7.63 APS....

Getting 1-shot by boss effects I can't see because of all the particle spam. Is this a Learn2play moment ? :)

I can't use another cospri. Only thing i can change is jewel. How many APS is good with my couple cospri? I keep my APS down 6.92 is ok?
I can't fine Elusive in my config

I played with a low aps and i didn’t really like it(7.49 with all buffs). Frostbolt do not fire very often. I followed the advice "fasttradety" in page 84. Made 11.24 aps and use cinderswallow urn - which greatly improves survival. Liked much more. You can try these aps. No special investment needed.

You need Path of Building Fork to have elusive and stuff like that in the config.
