Want to get some ace tips tho, what I need to do with my build. I run t16 without issues, but a true glass canon when doing bosses. Only 6.5ES buffed, so I guess that's the problem. But still, please, give me some hints on what I need to change/upgrade: | |
" A lot of it depends on your other gear and load out, so it’s hard to say exactly. +1 to all spells is the best roll that you can get. Dps wise it beats out everything. However, if you can’t afford it with other good rolls it will be worse than a wand with t1 lightning to spells and other good rolls. Some combination of 5-6 of these mods is what you want: +1 all gems +1 lightning Spell damage / lightning damage Crit Chance for spells Crit multi Ele as extra chaos Pen Lightning pen Lightning damage to spells Lightning as extra chaos |

" Missing a combined 200-250 ES from your boots and belt. That makes a pretty big difference. I’d focus on that, then having a look at the tree. |

" Hey, could not find the edit button, blame Saturday! :) But I did some upgrades to my boots and belt, not massive but it's what I could afford. Will work more on my tree now, think I need better jewels really, maybe with resistances so that I can get even better boots and belt! Almost killed Sirius on my second go, and it was before this upgrade. This build is fun no matter what! Ty! | |

" 3 issues: 1. Gem levels are low, easy to get more dps there and with quality on the main links 2. no spell fire damage, switch the craft on your ring to the one that adds to spells and attacks, not just attacks 3. no aspect of spider - 15% dps loss there |

Few upgrades per Beer's input certainly helped.. also picked up some Dex on gear and respec'd passive skill points out of the Shadow/Dex area by Acrobatics up above the Witch tree for tons more ES and was able to build in a cluster jewel. Definitely the right choice, I lost tiny DPS and am now up to almost 9k ES (8800 or so, 14k BL tooltip DPS).
Sirus also down, feels like a decent goal for first league. Trying to do whatever else I can with the rest of the league, remaining currency is 3ex and 600c so not a whole lot. Welcome your input anywhere upgrade wise, and I've definitely enjoyed the mines playstyle so I'm considering going with an icicle mines build next league. I'm thinking if I get lucky I can pick up a new helm with BL enchant but hard to find with similar ES. Same with boots, I can't seem to find anything with this much ES that isn't 25ex+. I was recently trying to blow some currency at about 4am as a new player, and realized right after I picked up the +2 traps Shav's that I was playing BL and that was basically no help... hahaha. Edit: I'm not sure how to post the cluster jewel but its a small cluster, 3 skills, 6% ES/3% cold res/2% ele res and Energy from Naught.. this was definitely worth picking up! " Will keep it updated. best use of the currency at the moment is probably 21 level gems. As you noted, selling the chest and buying one that benefits BL would also be huge. |

Double corrutped my shavs with +2 mines +2 aura.
